For the past three consecutive years Ames Tile & Stone has been celebrated as the Consumers Choice Award Winner in Burnaby, Winnipeg & Edmonton. For 2008, Ames is proud to announce that Ames Calgary has also recently been named the Consumers’ Choice Award winner.
This award is a recognizable benchmark of business excellence with winners selected not by a panel of judges, but rather, consumers at large. It is an initiative lead by an independent research firm which enables the general public to have a voice regarding the quality they receive from various companies in all major US & Canadian cities.
The research firm conducts an open-ended survey among two major groups of consumers, the general public and the business community. Consumers are asked "...which business is your choice for excellence in each category? Please consider the elements of quality, service, value and appearance". The purpose of this survey is to publicly acknowledge those in the business community which have proven to be truly invested in their customers overall wellbeing.
Ames Tile & Stone has been recognized by the general public and the business community as worthy of winning this seal of excellence for two consecutive years. This is a crowning accomplishment for any organization as it recognizes the efforts made to hold customer service as foremost in importance, and therefore, sets the stage for our customers’ success.
